I couldn’t be happier with my civil wedding dress! I chose the custom-made option and sent my measurements by email. The customer service was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring. I have to admit that I ordered my dress quite late, so I was a little nervous about receiving it in time. But Missacc truly came through for me: my dress arrived only 3 weeks after I placed my order and sent my measurements, which meant I had it 4 days before my wedding! And most importantly, it fit beautifully. The off-the-shoulder neckline was so elegant, the corset-style back fitted me perfectly, and the fabric had such a lovely structure and movement. I felt feminine, comfortable and beautiful in it all day. It also photographed wonderfully, exactly the timeless, romantic look I wanted for my civil wedding. I received so many compliments on the dress, and looking back at our wedding photos, I’m still so happy with my choice. 🤍 I would absolutely recommend the custom sizing option, especially if you want the dress made to your own measurements.
