Finding an outfit for a corporate gala is always stressful because you want to look nice but still professional. This dress was the ultimate solution. The 3/4 sleeves give it a sophisticated touch, and the lace isn't overly flashy. I felt totally appropriate around my boss and colleagues, but still felt pretty and dressed up. The fabric didn't itch at all during the long speeches either.
