The satin material has a nice subtle sheen to it rather than being overly shiny, which I prefer. The colour is quite close to the pictures on the website, though perhaps a fraction darker in normal indoor lighting. It needs a good steam before wearing to get the creases out, but it’s a decent frock overall.
