Customer service was helpful regarding the train length. The dress is nice, though the style does not suit my body shape quite as much as I had hoped. Still a lovely gown.

Tried it on straight out of the box and I am amazed by how comfy it is. The off-shoulder sleeves do not dig in at all, which was my main worry. I can actually lift my arms and move about freely. Proper lovely feel against the skin.

Looks way more expensive than it actually is. My mum thought I spent a fortune on it. 👗

The lace detailing is really pretty and overall it seems well made. I did notice a couple of loose threads near the hem that I had to snip off myself, which was a little annoying, but no big deal. For the price, the quality is decent enough. It looks lovely from a distance, just needs a tiny bit of tidying up up close.

The fabric has a really nice weight to it, not flimsy at all. It drapes beautifully at the back and the lace feels surprisingly soft rather than scratchy. Really pleased with the quality of the materials used.
