Bought this for formal night on a cruise. It packed pretty well, just needed a quick steam. The color is pretty and the shoulder ruffle is cute. Good dress for the price.

I wore this to a charity gala last weekend. The chiffon material flows really beautifully when you walk. I will say the fit around the hips was a tiny bit snug for me, but overall it looked very elegant. The floor length was spot on with my heels.
