I was super nervous ordering a formal gown online for the military ball but I am so glad I took the chance. The satin has a really nice weight to it and the ruffles add such a fun dramatic touch. I did have to get it hemmed because I am only five foot two, but otherwise the fit was fantastic. The rhinestones are pretty secure too.

This was my choice for a mother-of-the-bride dress, and I was really pleased. I wanted something youthful but appropriate, and this hit the mark. The satin has a lovely sheen to it that looks great in professional photos. I did find that the arm movement is a little restricted because of the off-the-shoulder design, so don't expect to be doing the YMCA comfortably, but for hugging guests and holding a glass of champagne, it was fine. It arrived quicker than I expected, too. A lovely gown that made a special day even better for me and my daughter.
